A multi-purpose curved-shank hook, Hanak’s Competition 330BL Czech Nymph/Buzzer Hooks have your back whether you’re kicking around a pond in a float tube searching for pupa-munching ‘bows or drifting a caddis larva under an indicator. A very quality hook with a medium wire build, the 330BL Hooks have an extra long needle point, tough bronze finish, and are chemically sharpened. One of those hooks that you can use for a variety of different options, Hanak makes these in sizes 8 through 16 to allow you to imitate most insects you encounter while on the water.

RETURNS:

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Closeout sales are final, no returns.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

The Competition 330BL Czech Nymph/Buzzer Hooks from Hanak are a versatile tying platform and were designed for things like Czech nymphs, buzzers,scuds/sowbugs, and other curved-profile imitations. However, with their curved shank and medium wire, these hooks are also a good choice whenever you want to tie emerger patterns.



Comparisons
A good substitute for Hanak’s Competition 330BL Czech Nymph/Buzzer Hooks is Core’s C1120 Curved Nymph and Scud Hooks. These hooks also have a curved-shank that allows you to tie similar patterns as well as a bronze finish. One main difference between the two is that the C1120 Hook has a barb, while Hanak’s 330BL Hooks are barbless. Also, the C1120 Hooks have a much wider range of sizes that begin with a size 6 and end with a size 24, so if you need a hook that’s larger or smaller and you don’t mind the addition of a barb, the C1120 is a little better choice.
