Whether you’re working the first beat of the day or getting ready for an afternoon hatch of sulphurs, Hanak’s Competition 100BL Hooks tackle all of your dry fly action and feature a barbless construction for quick and safe releases. Made out of a fine hi-carbon wire with a black nickel finish and extra long chemically sharpened needle point, the 100BL Hooks are durable and ultra sticky to give confidence from the time you hook a fish all the way until you bring it to hand. The Competition 100BL Hooks range in sizes from a 10 down to a 20, so you can look to it to match most hatches you encounter. Like all Hanak hooks, the 100BL Hooks are super sharp and a reliable choice everywhere you bring them.

FLAT RATE SHIPPING: 
Orders are generally shipped within 1-2 days using FedEX, UPS, and USPS. Flat rate shipping fee of $10 applies to orders less than $50.​​

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:  
We offer $10 flat rate shipping for orders less than $50. Free economy shipping on all orders over $50. Expedited shipping available for an additional cost. 

 

RETURNS:

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Closeout sales are final, no returns.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can send us a message.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

With a light wire construction, the 100BL Hooks are perfect for all of your dry fly tying. However, they’re also a great choice whenever you need a lightweight emerger or soft hackle that sits in the upper third of the water.



Comparisons

The Tiemco TMC100BL Standard Barbless Dry Fly Hooks are quite similar to Hanak’s 100BL Hooks. Both of these options are made from a light wire with a barbless construction, making them an equally great choice for tying dry flies and lightweight emergers. However, one big difference between the two is that Hanak’s 100BL Hooks have a black nickel finish and Tiemco’s TMC100BL Hooks are bronze, so if you want a little more stealth in your presentation, Hanak’s option will serve you better. Other than that, these are two excellent dry fly hooks that you can fish with confidence.
